The encapsulated dry type transformer is widely used in local lighting, high-rise buildings, airports, CNC machinery equipment of wharf and other places. • The high-voltage winding is made of enameled copper wire or film-covered copper wire, while the low-voltage winding is made of copper foil. The high-voltage winding is filled with glass fiber drilling. It is vacuum-sealed with imported epoxy resin without any filler, forming a solid structure with high mechanical strength, no partial discharge, and high reliability. It is flame retardant, explosion-proof, environmentally friendly, and does not pollute the surroundings. It can be installed at the load center.
• The coil is moisture-resistant, and the core and clamping structure are specially treated to operate in environments with 100% relative humidity and other harsh conditions. It does not require moisture removal during intermittent operation. It has high resistance to short circuits, lightning surges, and large overload capacity. The resin insulation layer on the inner and outer sides of the coil is thin, providing good heat dissipation performance. The cooling method is generally air natural cooling (AN). For transformers with any protection level, an air-forced cooling system (AF) can be added.
