Core Processing Line - CNC silicon steel slitting and stacking lines, ensuring precise magnetic circuit assembly with minimal no-load loss.
Winding Workshop-Automated foil winding machines and vertical winding centers for coils up to 35kV class, supporting both copper and aluminum winding per customer specifications.
VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) Station - For dry-type transformers, ensuring void-free insulation and superior partial discharge performance.
Oil Processing & Filling System - Vacuum oil purification and filling lines for oil-immersed transformers, meeting IEC 60422 standards.
Assembly & Testing Bay - End-of-line testing includes:
- Turn ratio & winding resistance test
- Insulation resistance & dielectric strength test
- No-load and load loss measurement
- Induced overvoltage & partial discharge test
- Temperature rise test (type test on request)

Quality Control - 4-Stage Gate Process
1. Incoming Material Inspection - Silicon steel, copper, insulating oil, and components tested against spec before entering
production
2. In-Process Inspection - Winding tension, core stacking, welding integrity checked at each workstation
3. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) - 100% of units tested to IEC 60076 / GB 1094 before packing
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection - Packaging integrity, accessories checklist, and documentation review before loading
