EV Charging Solutions by Application
Charging hardware is selected by site, not by catalogue. Below is how we configure the four scenarios we supply most often - including the constraint that actually drives the decision.
01.
Residential Community
Residents plug in at night and leave in the morning. The constraint is not charging speed - it is the existing distribution capacity of the community. Most residential projects fail at the transformer, not at the charger.
- Recommended configuration: 7 kW wallbox EV chargers and dual socket AC chargers (2×7.4 kW) as the base layer, plus a small number of 30–60 kW wall-mounted DC chargers as shared public top-up.
- Capabilities that matter: dynamic load balancing at site level, time-of-use tariffs, per-resident billing through the app, RFID authorisation.
02.
Commercial Complex
Dwell time of one to three hours. Charging is an amenity that extends stay duration and lifts footfall - and an advertising surface you have already paid for.
- Recommended configuration: dual gun DC EV chargers at 120–240 kW combined with floor mounted AC EV chargers (2×22 kW pedestals); DC charging stations with advertising screen available for high-footfall entrances.
- Capabilities that matter: advertising-screen media operation, membership payment integration, bay occupancy detection, OCPP connection to third-party platforms.
03.
Highway Service Area
Peak demand is concentrated, unpredictable and unforgiving. A fifteen-minute queue at a service area is a lost customer and a social-media complaint. Grid capacity at motorway sites is often the binding constraint.
- Recommended configuration: split DC charger (charging stack) at 480 kW–1.2 MW feeding four-gun terminals, with battery-integrated DC chargers as buffer where grid capacity is tightest.
- Capabilities that matter: pooled power scheduling across all terminals, storage-based peak shaving, remote diagnostics, critical spares held in stock.
04.
Industrial Park & Heavy-Duty Fleet
Fleet vehicles charge on a schedule you control - the easiest scenario to optimise, and the one where energy cost matters most. For truck fleets the physics change: sustained high current, long sessions, duty cycles measured in hours.
- Recommended configuration: 320–600 kW heavy-duty truck DC charging stations for daily operations; 640–800 kW ultra-high-power quad-gun units or a 2.4 MW split charging stack where multiple trucks charge simultaneously; rooftop PV plus BESS to form a local microgrid.
- Capabilities that matter: time-of-use tariff strategy, demand-charge control, integration with the site EMS, liquid-cooled cables for sustained sessions, SKD and CKD supply for local assembly.
PV-Storage-Charging Integration Solution
Where grid capacity is capped or expensive, we pair the charger with PV generation and battery storage, so your site stops waiting on a grid upgrade and starts controlling its own energy cost. For sites that want the storage inside the charger itself, our battery-integrated DC charger places the battery pack in the charging cabinet - one footprint, one installation.
PV array→Hybrid inverter→Battery storage (BESS)→DC bus→EV chargers→EMS controller
Typical reference sizes: PV 100–500 kWp · BESS 100 kWh–3 MWh · charging capacity 120 kW–2.4 MW · grid connection point.

Description |
Best for |
| Peak Shaving |
The BESS discharges during charging peaks, capping site draw at the contracted capacity |
Existing sites with limited distribution capacity |
| Solar Priority |
On-site PV is consumed first, surplus goes to storage, and the grid covers the remainder |
Parks with rooftop resource and good irradiance |
| Off-grid Backup |
The BESS supports basic charging and emergency loads when the grid fails |
Highway service areas and remote sites |
- Defer or avoid transformer and cable upgrades - often the largest hidden cost in a charging project
- Cut demand charges by capping site peak draw
- Raise self-consumption of on-site PV generation
- Keep charging available during grid faults and peak-hour curtailment
*Actual savings depend on local tariff structures, solar resource and site load profiles. Final figures are confirmed by a project-level assessment using your metered data.
Core Technology of EV Charging Station
Built to operate, not just to install
Power is pooled across guns and redistributed in real time according to vehicle demand - higher throughput from the same grid capacity.
A site-level limit keeps total draw within your contracted capacity, so you avoid transformer upgrades.
Connect to your existing CPO back office or a third-party platform - no lock-in to one software vendor.
Firmware OTA, remote diagnosis, fault code push and 24-hour monitoring mean fewer site visits.
Power modules can be added or replaced in the field; split charging stacks expand by cabinet - invest in phases.
Wide Constant-Power Output
200–1000 VDC output windows across the DC line, so one charger serves passenger EVs and heavy trucks.
RFID, QR scan, VIN, plug-and-charge, app, POS terminal and local acquirer integration.
Insulation detection, leakage protection, over/under voltage and temperature protection on every unit.
Manufacturing you can audit
Charging hardware is a long-term asset. Before you commit to a supplier, you should be able to see where it is built. Our production base is open to audit - on site or by video.
- Production base with dedicated AC and DC assembly lines
- In-house sheet metal, wiring harness and final assembly
- 100% of units pass insulation, leakage-protection and functional tests before packing
- 72-hour burn-in test on DC power modules
- Factory audit and video tour available on request

What is the difference between an AC EV charger and a DC fast charging station?
An AC EV charger delivers alternating current to the vehicle's onboard charger, so charging speed is limited by that onboard charger - typically 7 to 22 kW, right for homes, workplaces and destinations. A DC fast charging station converts AC to DC inside the cabinet and delivers it straight to the battery, from 30 kW up to 2.4 MW in our split charging stack, right for public stations, fleets and highways.
Can one four gun DC EV charger charge four vehicles at full power at the same time?
No. The rated power of the cabinet is pooled and shared dynamically across the guns. A single vehicle can draw up to the full rating; when four vehicles are connected, each receives an allocated share according to vehicle demand and the scheduling strategy you select. If simultaneous full-power charging is a hard requirement, size the power cabinet accordingly or step up to the split charging stack.
Do your chargers support OCPP?
Yes. OCPP 1.6J is standard, and 2.0.1 is available by project. Chargers can be connected to your existing CPO back office or to a third-party platform, so you are not locked into one software vendor.
How can I avoid upgrading my transformer?
Two routes. Dynamic load balancing caps total site draw within your existing contracted capacity. Battery storage - as a separate BESS or as a battery-integrated DC charger - provides peak shaving, covering charging peaks from stored energy. We provide a free site power assessment with your first quote so you can compare both against your actual load profile.
What is the lead time for EV chargers?
Standard configurations ship in 15–20 days. Customised builds - covering power rating, cable length, display size, colour and branding - take 30–45 days. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available, and you may nominate your own forwarder.
Can you supply SKD or CKD for local assembly?
Yes. Scope covers power modules, control boards, wiring harnesses and structural parts, together with English BOM, assembly and test guidance, and factory test reports. This supports local content requirements and reduces import duty in some markets.
Which connector types do you support?
GB/T for the domestic line, and CCS1, CCS2, NACS and Type 2 for export markets, configured by destination. AC models are supplied as AC EV charger with cable or with socket; DC guns follow the destination market standard. Connector mix can vary within one order if your fleet or customer base is mixed.
Do you supply portable EV chargers and accessories?
Yes. Portable EV chargers for service fleets and emergency use, plus a full range of EV charger accessories - cables, connectors, adapters, metering modules and mounting kits - are available from the same factory. Ask for the accessories catalogue with your inquiry.
What after-sales support is included?
12–24 months warranty depending on model, remote diagnostics, firmware OTA updates, critical module spares supported for 5 years, and optional on-site commissioning and training.
