Installation Environment & Guidelines
Environmental Requirements:
Indoor use only in dry, well-ventilated areas. Cast resin dry type transformer meets IP20 protection rating.
Operating temperature: -25℃ to +40℃, humidity <90% (non-condensing).
Installation Steps:
Foundation Preparation: Ensure a level concrete foundation with load-bearing capacity ≥1.5x the Dry type step down transformer's weight.
Positioning: Use dedicated lifting rings during hoisting; avoid tilting beyond 15°.
Wiring Standards: Install surge arresters on the high-voltage side. Apply anti-oxidant paste to copper busbar connections on the Dry power transformer's low-voltage side.
