Product Introduction

The 35KV oil-immersed transformer has the characteristics of low loss, low noise, no leakage, and short-circuit resistance. Product Structure and Advantages

  • Adopting a fully inclined stepped joint, improving the direction of magnetic flux, eliminating local magnetic flux saturation at the joint of the iron core, reducing the no-load loss and current of the iron core, and reducing transformer noise;
  • The iron core adopts a pull plate structure. In order to enhance its short-circuit resistance, several pressure nails are distributed around the pressure plate. The upper and lower high and low voltage clamps are connected by support beams, making the iron core a whole;
  • The surface of the iron core column is coated with a special end face adhesive for silicon steel sheets, which bonds the silicon steel sheets together. After curing, the iron core is integrated.
  • The lower part of the body and the fuel tank wall are supported by high-strength electrical laminated wood, ensuring safe and reliable positioning of the lower part of the body.
