Professional packaging and transportation methods must be used to ensure the safety and integrity of the transformer during transportation.

Transformers are usually packed on sturdy wooden pallets to ensure stable support during transportation. Pallets must meet international standards such as ISPM-15 to prevent the spread of pests. Transformers should be firmly fixed with wire ropes, wooden frames or tensioning straps to avoid shaking or tilting during transportation. The 100-24.94/0.277-0.48Y is 100 kVA single-phase pole-mounted transformer.

The 100-24.94/0.277-0.48Y with a high voltage rating of 24940V in delta configuration and a low voltage rating of 277/480YV. Equipped with two high-voltage bushings and two low-voltage bushings, along with a low-pressure tank grounding, these transformers ensure secure and efficient operation.

Customers can benefit from enhanced flexibility with the 5-position tap changer on the HV side, which allows for adjustments in voltage levels. The high voltage offers five gears: 23695V, 24318V, 24940V, 25564V, and 26187V, making it suitable for diverse power distribution applications.

The primary voltage of the transformer is 24940GrdY/14400V, while the secondary voltage is 240/480V. Its unique design includes one bushing for high voltage, with an impressive Basic Insulation Level (BIL) of 125kV, ensuring robust insulation performance.

To further enhance versatility and applications, the 100-14.4/240-480 features four bushings for low pressure, with the low-pressure tank grounded for added safety.
