On June 20, a customer from Vietnam contacted GNEE Transformer through the website. They sought a 10.5MVA three-phase substation transformer with specifications of 13.8kV high voltage and 2.4kV low voltage. This replacement project marked their search for a new transformer supplier.

After confirming the technical solution, our technical team designed the transformer outline according to the customer's requirements within 1 week and confirmed with the customer. Designed production drawings and confirmed with the customer within 2-3 weeks. Updates (including visual progress reports) were shared regularly to maintain transparency.

Quality Assurance and Testing
