Amorphous Transformer

An amorphous transformer is a core transformer made of amorphous steel. The most significant benefit of an amorphous transformer is that the amorphous steel has lower hysteresis loss. In other words, transformers made of this amorphous steel waste less energy (in the form of heat) during the magnetization and demagnetization of the core.The amorphous transformer structure is the same as an ordinary transformer's general structure. The main difference is that the core of a transformer is made from amorphous metal.

Amorphous Transformer Parameters 

• The LV windings with 200~6300KVA capacity adopt cylinder or screw structure, have high mechanical strength, uniformly-distributed ampere-turns and good anti-short circuit ability
• All HV windings adopt multi-layer cylinder structure to improve impulse distribution of winding
• Low running noise and higher reliability by using three-phase three-column amorphous core, adopting our invention patent technology ofV2.0 amorphous transformers
• Its surface is sprayed with back and top coat after de-oiling, de-rust, and phosphatization to meet special requirements in humid and contaminate regions.
