Amorphous steel core transformers are manufactured using ferromagnetic amorphous metal formed into thin foils. Their higher resistance and thinner foils have been proven to result in low losses and better resistance to harmonic waves.

Amorphous alloy is produced through an advanced ultra-rapid cooling technology, where liquid components such as iron, cobalt, boron, and silicon are sprayed onto a high-speed chassis and rapidly cooled, forming a thin band of 0.02 mm to 0.04 mm. It has excellent soft magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high resistivity characteristics.

An amorphous core transformer, made from amorphous alloy thin ribbons through processes such as shearing, forming, and heat treatment, is the core component of an amorphous transformer. It is mainly used in power distribution, rail transit, data centers, new energy power generation, and user engineering, among other industries.

1. Low consumption and energy saving: Soft magnetic conductive materials with isotropic properties are used, which have low magnetization power, high resistivity, and low eddy current loss. The no-load loss and no-load current of the iron core made from amorphous alloy material are very low-only one-third that of silicon steel sheets. The no-load loss of the transformer is 75% lower than the GB/T1022 standard value. This can greatly reduce operational costs, resulting in significant energy savings.
2. Strong anti-corrosion ability: The amorphous alloy core is fully encapsulated with resin and high-temperature-resistant silica gel, effectively preventing rust and the shedding of amorphous alloy fragments, thereby protecting the core and coil.
3. Low noise: To reduce the operating noise of the product, a reasonable working magnetic density is selected during product design, the core and coil structure are improved, and special noise reduction materials are used. The product noise is much lower than that specified in the GB/T1008 standard.
4. Strong short-circuit resistance: The product adopts a three-phase, three-limb structure with a compact and reasonable frame structure around the iron core, providing strong protection and short-circuit resistance.
5. Low temperature rise, long service life: The product has a low temperature rise and strong heat dissipation capacity. It can operate at 150% of its rated load under forced air cooling conditions. An optional temperature control and protection system can provide reliable assurance for the safe operation of the transformer.
