125KVA 11KV three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer accessories and their functions are as follows:
Distribution transformer core: The core constitutes the magnetic circuit of the oil-immersed transformer. It not only constitutes the magnetic circuit of the transformer, but also serves as the mechanical skeleton of the transformer to support the winding. The core consists of a core column, an iron yoke and a clamping device.
Winding: The winding is the circuit part of the three-phase transformer, usually wound with insulated copper wire or aluminum wire. It carries current, generates the necessary magnetic flux and induced electromotive force, and realizes voltage conversion.
Oil tank: The oil tank is the outer shell of the 125kva rated capacity oil-immersed transformer, which is used to dissipate heat and protect the internal body. The transformer oil filled in the oil tank plays an insulating role to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
Oil conservator: The oil conservator of the three-phase distribution transformer is installed on the oil tank, which effectively isolates the inside of the oil tank from the outside air. Its design is like a horizontally rotating cylinder, which reduces the contact area between the transformer oil and the air. The oil storage tank is kept half oil and half gas, so that the oil can be buffered when it expands due to heat. The oil storage tank is equipped with equipment such as oil level gauge, desiccant and oil drain valve.

Safety airway: The safety airway is a protective device on the top cover of the oil tank, which is a long round steel cylinder. When a transformer fails and produces a large amount of gas, it prevents the oil tank from bursting.
Gas relay: Also known as gas relay or float relay, it is the main protection device of the transformer. When the gas generated by the fault in the transformer reaches a certain level, the circuit is turned on to alarm; when serious oil leakage causes the oil level to drop sharply, the circuit is quickly cut off; when a sudden fault occurs in the transformer and causes the oil to flow to the oil pillow, the circuit is quickly cut off.
Tap switch: Used to adjust the secondary voltage. There is a tap at the end of each phase high-voltage coil. Different taps are connected through the tap switch to change the number of turns of the original winding and adjust the voltage. Tap changers are divided into two types: on-load voltage regulation and off-load voltage regulation. Off-load voltage regulation tap changers can only be adjusted after power failure.
Insulating sleeve: Located on the oil tank cover, it is used to lead the coil lead end out of the oil tank and ensure the insulation between the lead and the oil tank. The type of insulating sleeve will also vary depending on the voltage level.
