Small Distribution Transformers

Small distribution transformers are electrical transformers used on utility poles or in underground vaults to convert high-voltage electricity from power lines to lower-voltage electricity for use in homes, businesses, and other buildings. These transformers play a crucial role in the distribution of electricity efficiently and safely.

• Manufactured according to the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards and/or in strict compliance with the customers' technical specifications;
• Products certified by the Brazilian Labeling Program, complying with the requirements of power conservation and energy efficiency;
• Standardized outputs of 30, 45, 75, 112.5, 150, 225 and 300 kVA, in classes 15 and 24.2 kV;
• Jencore-type magnetic core, allowing optimization of the no-load losses and reduction of the exciting current;
• Conductors covered with thermostabilized insulating paper class E (120 °C), whose special characteristic is to delay the regular aging process of the transformer;
• They allow installation on poles or platform;
• Option of natural or synthetic ester-based insulation fluid, fully compatible with the conservation of the environment (biodegradable liquid), presenting high safety level of flammability with a fire point twice as high as the one of mineral oil and self-extinguishing properties, thus reducing the risk of fire propagation.
