1. Core Manufacturing
Materials: High-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, processed by laser cutting or punch press.
Process: Fully offset-lapped stacking with an environmentally friendly insulating coating, reducing losses and noise.
2. Winding Production
Wire: Copper/aluminum wires wound via numerically controlled processes, wrapped with pre-impregnated insulating tape, and pre-treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI).
Structure: High/low-voltage windings assembled in layers, fixed with epoxy resin pre-impregnated tape, ensuring proper electrical clearance.


3. Vacuum Casting and Curing
Materials: Halogen-free epoxy resin, vacuum-degassed to eliminate bubbles.
Process: High-temperature curing forms a fully sealed insulating body, achieving UL94 V-0 flame retardancy.
4. Final Assembly and Integration
Assembly: Windings securely mounted to the core, with leads connected via copper busbars or stainless steel terminals.

5. Enclosure and Cooling System
