Structure of dry-type transformers
The main product structure of SCB11-10KV three-phase cast resin insulated dry-type power transformer includes the following parts:
Body: This is the core part of the three-phase dry-type transformer, mainly including the core, winding and insulation. The iron core is the main magnetic circuit, responsible for magnetic conduction and power conversion; the winding is the conductive part, which realizes voltage conversion through electromagnetic induction; the insulating material is used to isolate the winding and the iron core to prevent arcing and short circuits.
Transformer oil: Although it is called a "dry" transformer, in some designs, transformer oil is still used as a cooling medium to help dissipate heat and maintain stable operation of the equipment.
Oil tank: Used to contain the body and transformer oil, and plays a role in physical protection and support.
