What is the structure of a three-phase fully sealed all-copper transformer?
The three-phase fully sealed all-copper transformer is an efficient and reliable power equipment, and its structural design is designed to achieve high insulation, low loss and long life. The following are its main structural features:
1. Iron core
It is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, and the iron core structure is usually three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column to reduce magnetic resistance and iron loss.
The surface of the iron core is insulated to prevent eddy current loss.
2. Winding
All-copper winding: Both high and low voltage windings use high-purity electrolytic copper wires with excellent conductivity, low resistance and low loss.
Insulation treatment: The winding is wrapped with multiple layers of insulating paper or film, and is treated with varnish and drying to enhance insulation strength and heat resistance.
3. Oil tank and sealing structure

4. Cooling system

5. Protective device
Pressure relief valve: Prevent internal pressure from being too high.
Gas relay (gas relay): Monitor internal fault gas and provide fault warning.
Temperature controller: Real-time monitoring of oil temperature to prevent overheating.
6. Outlet device
The high and low voltage outlet terminals adopt a fully sealed structure, usually equipped with porcelain bushings or epoxy resin bushings to ensure insulation and moisture resistance.
7. Accessories
Oil level gauge: Monitor oil level changes.
Desiccant (respirator): Used in non-fully sealed parts to prevent moisture from entering.
