1. Product Overview
110KV three-phase oil-immersed power transformers are manufactured in accordance with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60076 and the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB1094. This series of products has excellent impact resistance, high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, low partial discharge, low noise, low loss, good sealing performance, and less maintenance. It can be used as the main transformer of power plants, substations, and urban and rural power grids.
 

2. Product Structure
The structures of 110KV three-phase oil-immersed power transformers are as follows:

1. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, with a fully inclined non-porous structure, and a low-magnetic steel plate as a pull plate. The upper and lower clamps are firmly connected to the core into a steel structure, thereby obtaining a smaller no-load loss and lower noise.

2. According to the size of the transformer capacity, the winding of the 110KV three-phase oil-immersed power transformer adopts cylindrical, spiral, continuous and other structures. For windings of 110KV and above voltage levels, tangled or inner screen structures are adopted, which effectively improves the impulse voltage distribution. The conductor adopts transposed conductor or composite conductor to reduce the additional loss of the winding.

3. The body compression structure of the 110KV three-phase oil-immersed power transformer adopts a full-circle insulation pressure plate, and the set process adopts the overall assembly of the winding, thereby improving the reliability of the product.

4. The oil tank of the 110KV three-phase oil-immersed power transformer adopts a flat-top bell-shaped structure, and the box wall is welded with folded plate reinforcement iron to improve the mechanical strength of the oil tank. In order to reduce the stray loss of the transformer, large transformers are equipped with magnetic shielding on the inner wall of the oil tank.

5. In order to prevent the transformer from displacement during transportation, the body is equipped with a positioning device in the oil tank. A sealed oil storage cabinet is used to isolate the transformer oil from the atmosphere to prevent the oil from getting damp and aging, and a pointer oil level gauge is installed at the end. According to the transformer oil weight, a pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the oil tank to ensure the safe operation of the product.
