1. Product Overview of S22 Oil-immersed Transformer
S22 oil-immersed transformer uses corrugated oil tank fin plate as heat dissipation and cooling element. At the same time, as the transformer oil increases and decreases, it expands and contracts, and the inside of the transformer is isolated from the atmosphere, which can prevent the deterioration of oil and insulation caused by moisture and aging, thereby improving the reliability of equipment operation.
The oil tank weld of S22 oil-immersed transformer is smooth, flat, and uniform in thickness, ensuring that the weld does not leak oil. The core adopts 0.23mm high magnetic permeability laser scribing sheet and stepped five-level slot structure, which is conducive to reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
