Core: Made by laminating high magnetic conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, optimizing the magnetic flux path to reduce eddy current losses.
Windings: Wound with copper/aluminum wire, vacuum impregnated with F or H grade insulating resin, resistant to temperatures up to 180℃.
Enclosure: Fully sealed anti-corrosion steel shell, equipped with pressure relief valves and heat sinks to ensure safe operation.
Accessory System: Integrated design of high-voltage bushings, low-voltage busbars, temperature controllers, and grounding devices, simplifying the installation process.
Laminated Core Distribution Transformer Working Principle
The Laminated Core Distribution Transformer operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting 10KV high voltage electrical energy into low voltage electrical energy suitable for terminal equipment use (such as 400V). The core processes are as follows:
Electromagnetic Induction: Alternating current is passed through the primary winding, generating an alternating magnetic field. The transformer's laminated core guides the magnetic flux to the secondary winding.
Voltage Conversion: Based on the winding turns ratio (more turns on the high-voltage side, fewer turns on the low-voltage side), the secondary side outputs low-voltage electrical energy in proportion.
Energy Transfer: Optimized magnetic permeability of the core reduces energy loss; the insulation system isolates the high and low voltage circuits, ensuring the safe operation of the Laminated Core Distribution Transformer.
