The S-M Series oil-immersed power transformers feature high-quality, highly conductive magnetic grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a flat-stacked core structure and step-type multistage joints, resulting in low no-load loss and reduced noise. The finished product uses a vacuum oil injection process. The box oil storage tank has a fully sealed structure, preventing the insulating oil and insulation medium from contacting the air. This eliminates the need for oil changes under normal operation, reducing maintenance costs and extending the transformer's service life. Oil immersed distribution transformer

1. The high-voltage winding uses a multi-layer cylindrical structure, which improves the distribution of impact across the winding.
2. The low-voltage winding employs either a cylindrical or spiral structure, providing high mechanical strength, balanced turns, and good short-circuit resistance.
3. A positioning structure is added to the device body to prevent displacement during transportation. Additionally, all fasteners are equipped with locking nuts to ensure they remain secure during long-term operation, meeting the requirement of not lifting the core.
4. After oil removal, degreasing, and phosphatization treatment, a primer and finish paint are applied. This treatment meets the special requirements for use in metallurgical, petrochemical systems, and environments that are wet or dirty.
5. Components are selected and the transformer is equipped with a fully sealed oil tank, pressure relief valve, signal thermometer, and gas relay, installed according to standard requirements to ensure safe operation.
