Transformer Core

The iron core uses a multi-stage, step-by-step lap joint process, with a 45° oblique seam and no hole-binding structure. This design not only reduces no-load losses but also significantly lowers noise levels.

Transformer Winding

The high, medium, and low voltage windings are all wound on high-strength insulating cylinders. During winding, a wire tensioning device is used, and a unique climbing pad is employed at the transposition points. This greatly enhances the mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance of the winding.

Body Insulation

The transformer body assembly and winding system are completed in a fully enclosed, constant-temperature, and constant-pressure clean room. This environment meets the cleanliness requirements for manufacturing 500kV products and maintains the body's constant temperature, ensuring its cleanliness and dryness. Additionally, kerosene vapor phase drying equipment is used to further improve product cleanliness.

Fuel Tank

The fuel tank has a bell-type structure. The tank wall is reinforced with folded plate iron or plate-reinforced iron, which enhances the mechanical strength of the tank. The sealing part of the fuel tank is specially processed, and the entire tank body undergoes "sandblasting" treatment to completely remove oxide skin and processing residues. Sharp corner burrs and welding slag are also removed.
