Product basic introduction of 30-3150kVA 10KV Oil Immersed Power Transformer
Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the oil-immersed distribution transformer eliminates the oil conservator and uses the corrugated fins of the corrugated oil tank as the cooling and heat dissipation components instead of traditional oil pipes. The corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin steel plates on a dedicated production line. Its corrugated fins can expand and contract with the volume changes of the transformer oil, thereby isolating the transformer from the external atmosphere, effectively preventing and delaying oil degradation and insulation moisture absorption. This improves operational reliability and achieves maintenance-free operation under normal conditions. After the surface of the corrugated oil tank undergoes degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating treatment, it is coated with a three-proof (proof against rain, humidity, and smoke) coating, making it very suitable for use in industrial environments such as metallurgy and petrochemicals.
Product Structure Features Of oil-immersed transformers
1.In oil-immersed transformers, the low-voltage winding uses copper wire for small capacities and generally adopts a cylindrical structure wound with copper foil. The high-voltage winding uses a multi-layer cylindrical structure, which balances the ampere-turn distribution, reduces leakage flux, provides high mechanical strength, and has strong short-circuit resistance.
2.Both the core and windings have adopted tightening measures. The fixed parts of the high and low voltage leads all use self-locking anti-loosening nuts and adopt a non-suspended heart structure, which can withstand transportation shocks.
3.The coils and core are dried using vacuum drying, and the transformer oil uses vacuum oil filtration and oil injection processes, reducing the moisture content inside the transformer to the lowest level.
4.The oil tank uses corrugated plates, which have a breathing function to compensate for the volume changes in oil caused by temperature variations. Therefore, this product does not require an oil reservoir, significantly lowering the height of the transformer.
5.Since the corrugated plate replaces the oil reservoir, it isolates the transformer oil from the external environment. This effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from entering and causing a decline in insulation performance.
6.Based on the above five characteristics, oil-immersed transformers ensure that no oil replacement is required during normal operation, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the transformer while extending its service life.
