Design and manufacturing process
The S13 three-phase oil-immersed transformer includes the following features:
The core of the oil-immersed transformer is made of high-permeability, low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strip. The magnetic flux density is far away from the magnetic saturation point, which reduces the distortion of the magnetic flux density, thereby greatly reducing the no-load loss and no-load current.
Fully sealed design. The oil tank and the tank edge of the S13 three-phase transformer are bolted or welded to isolate the contact between oil and air, extend the service life and reduce maintenance requirements.
Through these technical parameters and performance indicators, the S13 three-phase oil-immersed transformer performs well in energy saving, safety and reliability, and is suitable for various power supply needs.
IEC standards are developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) to promote international standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. Founded in 1906, IEC is the world's earliest non-governmental international electrotechnical standardization organization. Its purpose is to promote international unification and international cooperation in electrical standards
Overview of IEC Transformer Standards
IEC has developed a series of standards for transformers, covering transformers from ordinary to special applications. Including oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, distribution transformers, power transformers, etc. The following are several major IEC transformer standards:
IEC 60050: This standard defines electrical and electronic terms and provides a basis for the understanding and application of transformer standards.
IEC 60076: This series of standards specifies the performance, test methods and markings of power transformers in detail. Among them, IEC 60076-11 is specifically for dry-type transformers.
IEC 61558: This series of standards involves safety requirements for transformers, reactors, power supply units and their combinations. For example, IEC 61558-1 is the basic standard for transformer safety certification. It is applicable to various types of transformers and specifies safety requirements during design, manufacturing and testing.
