1. Key Components - Iron Core
The company has its own silicon steel sheet cutting line. The iron core uses laser-marked high-magnetic silicon steel sheets. The non-punching iron core design is combined with the internationally advanced traveling bundling structure to make the electric field at the core joint evenly distributed---the no-load loss is 4-6% lower than similar products on the market. The special process ensures that the iron core is firmly fixed---it does not shift during transportation.
2. Key Components - Fuel Tank
The oil tank adopts barrel or bell type--the structure is more stable.
The heat dissipation element adopts chip radiator--better heat dissipation effect.
The oil tank wall is directly formed by a bending machine--enhancing the mechanical strength of the oil tank and effectively improving the product appearance;
The edge of the oil tank is sealed with oil-resistant rubber material, and there is a sealing strip mark inside the oil tank--eliminating leakage.
