The dry-type transformers is an epoxy resin cast power transformer. Its characteristics are that the core and winding are not immersed in insulating oil. The main cooling methods are natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). From core production to resin casting and assembly, the entire process is independently developed by Tiantie Technology. The fully automatic intelligent core production equipment is adopted, and digital operation is realized throughout the process from silicon steel sheet cutting to core lamination, so that the core gap is smaller, the loss is smaller, the noise is smaller, the life is longer, and the production efficiency and product qualification rate are higher. The surface of the finished core is smooth and burr-free, and the gap is extremely small.
The casting process adopts the most advanced orthogonal self-flowing and end-sealed self-flowing casting process in China, from mixing to casting, to achieve fully automated intelligent operation. The coils produced by this process are of excellent quality, smooth and flat surface, and beautiful.
