Compared with ordinary oil-immersed power transformers, fully sealed power transformers do not have oil storage cabinets, and use the seesaw of the corrugated oil tank body as a heat dissipation and cooling element. The seesaw can expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil volume, thereby isolating the inside of the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing oil deterioration and insulation from moisture and aging. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which effectively improves the condition of magnetic flux density inside the core, reduces noise, and reduces losses.

◆Compared with S9 type transformers, the no-load loss of this series of transformers is reduced by about 30% on average.
◆Compared with S11 type transformers, the no-load loss of this series of transformers is reduced by about 30% on average.
◆The low-voltage winding with a capacity of 315-2500kVA adopts a foil structure, which has high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and good short-circuit resistance.
◆The body of the device is equipped with a positioning structure to prevent displacement during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners do not loosen during long-term operation of the product, meeting the requirement of no hanging core.
◆The transformer adopts a corrugated oil tank, cancels the oil storage cabinet, and the box cover and the box edge are completely welded or bolted, which prolongs the service life of the transformer oil.
