Product Introduction
A compact substation for charging pile is a key equipment to ensure that each charging pile can charge cars and other vehicles normally. A box type substation consists of high-voltage cabinets, transformers, low-voltage cabinets, and reactive power compensation devices, forming a complete substation system. They convert 10KV high voltage electricity into usable electrical energy of 0.4KV and 380V. Support the use of dual gun DC charging stations and 120KW integrated charging stations for car charging. Through "integration+modularization" design, core functions such as high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment are "condensed" into a standardized box, which is equivalent to creating a "power compartment" for the charging station.
The box type transformer is applied in the following scenarios:
Community scenario: Residents' electricity load fluctuates greatly, and charging piles need to be "off peak charging". Box type substations support "multi-channel independent control+intelligent scheduling", which can avoid transformer overload and automatically adjust charging power according to residents' electricity habits, achieving "vehicle home network" coordination;

High speed service area: With the surge in traffic during holidays, the "modular expansion" advantage of box type substations is highlighted - they can quickly stack backup modules, improve power supply capacity in a short period of time, and avoid "charging queues" becoming a new bottleneck during holidays.
