Glass fiber covered flat copper wire is made by wrapping glass fiber on flat copper wire and dipping it with insulating varnish.

Fiberglass wrapped copper wire,coat 1-2 layers of alkali-free glass fiber evenly on the copper conductor, and mix it with insulating varnish of required temperature resistance index and compatibility for impregnation and baking treatment, so that between the glass fiber and between the glass fiber and the conductor bonded as a whole.

Insulation fiberglass winding wire is a high-performance conductor with a fiberglass insulation layer, offering superior mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and electrical insulation for demanding applications like motors, transformers, and generators. It provides excellent protection against abrasion, vibration, and heat, allowing for continuous operation at high temperatures up to 180°C (356°F), and is essential for preventing short circuits and ensuring the long-term reliability of electrical equipment.
