SC(B)H15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer produced by the company is a kind of dry-type transformer with low loss and high energy efficiency. Amorphous Alloy Transformer characteristics
1. The iron core is made of amorphous alloy material and adopts three-phase three column structure. The iron core is suspended on
the reinforced insulation board on the upper part of the coil, which is completely free from the influence of external force. It gives
full play to the characteristics of amorphous alloy material with low no-load loss and low no-load current, and has obvious energysaving effect.
2. Rectangular winding is used for high and low voltage, and the inner and outer layers are filled and wound with glass wire mesh and
glass ribbon, which is integrated with resin penetration curing, and has strong anti-cracking and anti-sudden short circuit ability.
3. The transformer adopts the frame type clamp structure, and the coil is compressed by the elastic pressure nail, so the overall
structure is simple and beautiful.
4. Advanced technologies such as vacuum film degassing, metering pump and static mixing are adopted to ensure the proportioning
accuracy and pouring quality of epoxy mixture. The partial discharge of winding is less than 5pc.
5. HTC winding adopts advanced "air passage rod" technology, which is not limited by the curvature radius of the winding group.
According to the design requirements, one or more layers of axial air passage are set in the heating center of the winding, so as to
achieve the best heat dissipation effect of the whole machine. At the same time, a plurality of support bars can be generated in the
air passage, which effectively enhances the mechanical strength of the winding.
