Pole-mounted distribution transformers are installed on power poles at the height of overhead cables. They are used to step down high distribution voltages to lower voltages, such as 120/240 volts. These transformers are widely used in rural areas, with capacities ranging from 16 kVA to 100 kVA. They are small in size and easy to mount on single-pole structures. High-Voltage Coil
The high-voltage coil is wound with high-quality polyurethane enameled round copper wire, while the low-voltage coil is wound with cable paper-covered wire. Dispensing paper is used for interlayer insulation. During the drying process, the coil begins to melt at a certain temperature, causing adhesion, and then solidifies as the temperature rises. This process ensures that the adjacent layers of the winding are reliably bonded into a fixed unit, preventing displacement and ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure.

Iron Core
The single-phase coil core is made of grain-oriented silicon steel sheet or amorphous alloy silicon steel sheet, ensuring that the magnetic flux flow direction aligns with the grain orientation of the silicon steel sheet. This allows the material's excellent performance to be fully utilized, with the no-load loss well below standard requirements. The core is fastened with a special curing paint, further reducing the transformer's noise level.

Fuel Tank
A cylindrical fuel tank is used, featuring a fully sealed structure that enhances operational reliability and makes the transformer maintenance-free during normal operation.
