The SC(B) series resin-cast dry-type transformer produced by our GNEE company adopts automatic vacuum casting with thin insulating tape, and the core adopts high magnetic permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheet and imported epoxy resin casting. Due to advanced technology, high-quality raw materials, scientific management, and perfect testing methods, the product has the following characteristics:

1. The coil is reinforced with glass fiber and filled with epoxy resin for vacuum casting, with good mechanical properties, no cracks, no bubbles, small partial discharge, high reliability and long service life.
2. The high and low voltage systems are vacuum cast, the coil does not absorb moisture, the core clamps are treated with anti-corrosion, and the insulating materials such as glass fiber in the coil are self-extinguishing, and will not cause fire due to arcs caused by short circuits. The resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases at high temperatures.

Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is 20% lower than that of the SC(B)11 type product, with good energy-saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.

Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts foreign advanced stirring method and thin film vacuum degasser to make the mixture evenly stirred and remove bubbles at the bottom of the mixture. The product partial discharge is low and can be controlled below 5PC.

Good material control: The raw materials such as glass fiber used for winding coils are self-extinguishing, will not produce arcs due to short circuits, and the resin will not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.

High mechanical strength: Resin plus filler can reduce the difference in expansion coefficient, curing shrinkage, and internal stress, and increase the hardness of the condensate in the casting area. Epoxy resin sealant is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of high and low voltage coils, and prefabricated reinforcement materials are lined inside.
