What is a power pole transformer
Column mounted transformers are key equipment used for voltage conversion and energy distribution in power systems, typically installed on 10-15 meter poles. The equipment adopts an oil immersed structure with a capacity range of 50-400kVA, and is fixed by a double pole equal height arrangement. Its core structure includes high-voltage terminals, insulators, heat dissipation devices, and protective components, and is equipped with protective devices such as vacuum circuit breakers and lightning arresters. In recent years, ground operation installation has been achieved by optimizing installation devices such as lifting platforms and hanging devices, reducing the risk of high-altitude operations. In terms of operation and maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the oil level temperature and insulation sleeve status. In special situations, live replacement can be carried out by moving the box transformer.

Structure Design
Main structure: adopting oil immersed heat dissipation structure, externally equipped with high-voltage terminals and low-voltage comprehensive distribution box
Protective device: including a clamping mechanism composed of arc-shaped limit cards and double connecting screws, elastic rubber buffer blocks to prevent the crossbeam from shaking, and a combination of protective shell and dust filter to achieve bird and dust protection
Heat dissipation system: Install a circulating heat dissipation ring with efficient heat dissipation liquid, symmetrically distributed thermal conductive plates and semiconductor refrigeration chips to form a composite heat dissipation channel, and the conductive rods are covered with a nano level insulation coating
