What is an oil immersed power transformer?

Oil-immersed power transformers refer to transformers in which the winding uses insulating oil as the insulating medium. The power distribution transformer is one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It reduces the network voltage of 10 (6) kV or 35kV to the 230/400V bus voltage used by the user. The oil-filled transformer is a new type of high-performance transformer with a more reasonable structure and better performance. Its three-dimensional coiled iron core is arranged in an equilateral triangle.

Common Applications:

The performance is further improved, the loss is reduced, the noise is reduced, and the three harmonic component is reduced. The product is more suitable for the power grid transformation of urban and rural areas, industrial and mining enterprises, and it is more suitable for combined transformers and transformers for pre-installed substations.

Advantages :1. Transformer oil has good insulation performance and good thermal conductivity, and at the same time, transformer oil is cheap. 2. It can solve the problem of large-capacity heat dissipation and high-voltage insulation of the transformer.
