Iron Core

The iron core is manufactured from high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It features a modern design as a ‌fully step-lap mitered core construction‌. The core limbs adopt a ‌multi-step circular cross-section‌, while the yoke and limbs maintain an ‌identical cross-section‌.

 

Windings‌
The windings employ ‌corrugated oil ducts‌ and a ‌non-varnish-impregnated process‌, secured with ‌heat-shrinkable binding tapes‌. All windings are ‌concentric coils‌. The high-voltage (HV) winding features ‌taps corresponding to required tap voltages‌, which are ‌led out to the tap-changer‌ mounted on the tank cover. ‌Power disconnection is mandatory before changing taps.

 

Safety Protection Devices
Transformers rated 30~2000 kVA are equipped with ‌pressure relief valves‌.
Buchholz relays with alarm and trip contacts‌ may be installed ‌based on user requirements‌.

 

Oil Temperature Measurement Devices
All transformers feature ‌sockets for liquid-in-glass thermometers‌, ‌located on the tank top‌ and ‌extending 120 ± 10 mm into the oil‌.
Transformers rated 1000~2000 kVA are provided with ‌outdoor-type signal thermometers (dial thermometers)‌.

 

Transformer Tank
The transformer tank is constructed with ‌corrugated walls‌ and features a ‌powder-coated surface‌ for a ‌robust paint film‌. The corrugated heat dissipation panels not only serve as ‌cooling surfaces‌ but also provide a ‌"breathing" function‌. The elasticity of these corrugated panels compensates for volume changes in the transformer oil caused by temperature fluctuations. ‌Consequently, this fully-sealed design eliminates the need for a conservator‌, reducing the overall height of the transformer.

 

During encapsulation, the transformer undergoes a ‌vacuum oil-filling process‌ that ‌completely removes internal moisture‌, ensuring ‌the transformer oil remains isolated from air contact‌. This effectively prevents the intrusion of oxygen and humidity, which could otherwise lead to ‌deterioration of the transformer's insulation properties‌ and ‌aging of the transformer oil‌. ‌Therefore, periodic oil sampling tests are not required.

S11-Type 10kV Fully Sealed Oil-immersed transformer Performance and Characteristics
The fully sealed power transformer uses ‌corrugated fins on the tank body as heat dissipation components‌. The fins can expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil volume, thereby isolating the transformer interior from the atmosphere, preventing oil degradation, insulation moisture absorption, and aging.

The core is made of ‌high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets‌, effectively improving the distribution of magnetic flux density inside the core, reducing noise and losses.

The windings are wound with ‌high-strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire)‌ in a ‌cylindrical (or disc-type) structure‌. The ampere-turn distribution is uniform, and the insulation structure is rational, providing ‌excellent short-circuit withstand capability‌.

The tank surface is treated with ‌phosphating‌ followed by a ‌triple-protection coating (anti-humidity, anti-mildew, anti-salt spray)‌, making it widely applicable in harsh environments such as metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical industries.
