Specifically designed for Kazakhstan's power grid characteristics, the 6,300kVA-35/10kV transformers perfectly match the local 35kV transmission network and 10kV distribution system. These units will be deployed in a grid upgrade project for an industrial park in the Karaganda region, effectively addressing issues of insufficient power supply capacity and unstable power quality in the area.

 

The transformers utilize 0.23mm high-permeability silicon steel sheets, reducing no-load loss by 25% and load loss by 18% compared to conventional products. The equipment features an IP55 protection rating and a special dust/sand-proof design, enabling it to withstand extreme temperature variations in Kazakhstan's continental climate.

All units have passed IEC 60076 standard testing and comply with Kazakhstan's national grid access standards, with an expected service life of up to 30 years.
