Core
Adopts high-grade grain-oriented electrical steel (CRGO) with step-lap stacking and full-mitered lap joint process. It effectively reduces no-load loss and excitation current, lowers operation noise, and ensures stable magnetic performance under long-term operation.

Winding
Made of high-purity oxygen-free copper wire with uniform current carrying capacity and low resistivity. Layer-to-layer insulation uses high-strength insulating paper, and the winding undergoes vacuum drying treatment to improve mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance, avoiding deformation under impact loads.

Tank
Corrugated fin fully sealed tank structure.
