GNEE TRANSFORMER supplies S11 1000kVA three-phase oil filled distribution transformer.
The S11 series is a fully sealed iron core distribution transformer. The low noise and low loss transformers developed in recent years have no joints in the iron core, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and reduces the no-load current. 60%~80%, the high and low voltage coils are continuously wound on the core column, the windings are compact and the concentricity is good, which further enhances the anti-theft performance of the transformer.
Oil type transformers can be widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, drilling platforms, and oil production platforms. They are particularly suitable for places with high fire protection requirements (such as flammable and explosive areas) and harsh environments. Additionally, they can also be used for power supply and lighting purposes in residential areas, commercial streets, industrial and mining enterprises, as well as rural areas.

1. Economical and environmentally friendly with good performance
The transformer products of the S11 series have lower losses and currents than the S9 series. Because the iron core (the cross-section is a pure circle) is continuously wound, the orientation of the silicon steel sheet is fully utilized, and the iron core structure is in a natural tightening state, without the need for clamps to tighten, avoiding the performance deterioration caused by clamping, the no-load loss is reduced by 20-45%, and the no-load current is reduced by 60%-80%.
2. Longer life of the transformer
The fuel tank is a fully sealed structure. The fuel tank and the edge of the fuel tank can be fixed with bolts or welded to death. The insulating oil does not come into contact with the air, and the aging speed of the insulating performance is slowed down, thereby prolonging the service life;
3. Low noise
The noise is reduced by more than 10 decibels. The transformer core itself is a seamless whole, and the structure is compact. The noise level during operation is reduced by 7-10dB, which is very suitable for installation in buildings and living areas.
4. Reliable operation
The parts in the fuel tank have been improved, the reliability has been increased, and the technological level has been improved to ensure the reliability of the seal.
5. The transformer is small in size
S11 uses corrugated plate radiators. When the oil temperature changes, the corrugated plate expands and contracts when the oil temperature changes. It can replace the role of the oil conservator.
